Dear Faital Friends,
As already communicated the COVID-19 Pandemic is now global and it has prompted us to enact a complete shutdown of all our operations which was extended until the end of this week. This was the result of several subsequent Government Decrees which determined the complete shut-down of all non-essential businesses in Italy.
The current situation in Italy and more specifically in the Lombardy region, where our HQ, R&D and one of our factories are located, still requires caution, in fact Faital has prepared an extensive and dedicated protocol aimed at safeguarding our employees’ and collaborators’ safety now that we can finally go back to work.
In accordance with the latest Government Decree and official recommendations, all Faital operations in Italy resumed on May 4.
During the initial phase of our re-opening we will be gradually re-implementing all functions in all departments and we would like to ask our customers’ and collaborators’ understanding if we won’t be able to immediately satisfy every request.
We would also like to take this opportunity to again state our deep appreciation for all those who continue working relentlessly in the hospitals and all institutions involved in taking care of the people who are battling with this terrible virus induced disease. THANK YOU!
