The Neodymium magnet assembly in a dual magnet and dual gap configuration, combined with an aluminium demodulation ring, gives the HX500 series an incredible amount of magnetic energy making it extremely linear and efficient. The aluminium demodulation ring provides crystal clear sound with very low distortion.

INTEGRATED HORN FOR

MAX COVERAGE

The high frequencies are perfectly controlled by the specifically designed aluminum horn. This embedded component guarantees optimal directivity and conical high frequency dispersion making both models the right choice for compact and versatile applications.

A point-source represented by a “coaxial” loudspeaker is designed to cover both high and low frequencies. Two distinct transducers must work together in harmony to provide a perfectly balanced listening experience. Custom components allow the two loudspeakers to act as one, providing for a mechanically solid product as well as perfect “housing” for the precisely tailored parts responsible for acoustical reproduction.

SOUND CONTROL

The woofer section is equipped with a custom geometry cone made with selected high performance materials, designed to control high frequency break up and guarantee maximum versatility. The built-in compression driver ensures the highest degree of control on High Frequency extension thanks to the unique, FEM optimised, phase plug design and perfectly matched titanium dome.
